Gamecocks make the cut fot DT and WR

WR Micah Gilbert of Charlotte announced his top seven Saturday night and the Gamecocks made the cut. The others on the short list are Duke, Virginia Tech, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame and Pitt. Gilbert last visited the Gamecocks in March for a spring practice. Gamecocks are in the top five with Maryland transfer DT Tank Booker, and he plans to announce on April 12th. The others are Purdue, Ohio State, Arkansas and Texas A&M.
