CB Chris Steele of Bellflower, CA told Ryan Young of Southern Cal’s Rivals site USC no longer is under consideration. He will announce Saturday at the All-American Bowl. That leaves Southern Cal, Florida, UCLA, Oregon and Oklahoma on his short list. In the article Steele said he thinks everyone will be “shocked” by his decision.
