South Carolina stepped forward with an offer to 2016 4 star offensive tackle Jean Delance 6'5" 270lbs (Mesquite, Texas/North Mesquite) on Monday afternoon. Delance, an Oklahoma commitment. The offer from South Carolina gives Delance more than a dozen to his credit. The Gamecocks are the third SEC school to offer him joining Arkansas and Mississippi State.
Offensive line coach Shawn Elliott has been in contact with Delance since right around the Christmas holidays
