My name is Nicholas Barrett and I'm a 2021 Grad - OL/DL - 6’3” 323lbs - 4.2 GPA. I attend Eastern Wayne High School – Goldsboro, NC. Highlights videos attached, and off-season Training Videos can be provided upon request.
I am a coachable team player and true leader on/off the field. Varsity Team Starter, Co-Team Captain, and Honor Student since 9th Grade. College and Professional football players are in my DNA, so I am naturally aggressive in pursuit of achieving my dreams. I’ve being preparing myself Academically, Physically, and Mentally to be one of the best collegiate lineman football players in the Class of 2021. I Love the game, the contact, the challenge, the camaraderie and I have the Confidence, Determination, Grit and Grind to it takes to Win. Not only do I like winning on the field, but I am also Academically Gifted (AP courses) and will complete most of my graduation requirements by the end of my junior year. During the office season, I spend my time attending college combines in addition to working with a certified professional trainer who also trains D1 collegiate and professional athletes.
I have a Large Frame, Thick and Strong Build with a Wide Wing-Span. I'm Quick, Explosive, Physical and carry my 323 pounds very comfortably. I have Consistency with being able to quickly attack and Overwhelms Blockers with Strength and Strategy to Disrupt the passing and run game. Because I start at both defense and offense, I'm able to rapidly adjust from attack to protect Mode. For my size I am still agile and use my Hand-Hand Combat Skills and feet to Quickly Engage and Disengage when Attacking or Protecting during lateral movement. I have learned to keep a lower center of gravity using my rear end to help maintain balance by bending at the knee.
