Gamecocks waste no time in offering 2023 QB Raheim Jeter

2023 QB Raheim Jeter 6'2" 200lbs of Greer, formerly of Byrnes, has yet to play his first varsity game, yet some major schools already have taken notice of his potential and have stepped up with offers. USC is one of those. Jeter attended a camp Saturday in Columbia and Will Muschamp and quarterbacks coach Dan Werner made the rising ninth grader an offer.
“The offer means a lot to me,” Jeter said. “I grew up a Gamecock fan, so to receive an offer from them is overwhelming but also humbling and motivational.”
Jeter obviously put on a good show for Muschamp and Werner in the camp, but he feels like he also took away more than just an offer from the camp experience.
“Camp was great,” Jeter said. “It was a pleasure to be able to work with Coach Werner with just me and one other quarterback. I learned a lot of valuable information from him that could take my game to the next level. Before camp Coach Bentley and Coach Lattimore gave me a tour of the new facility and it was beautiful.”
Jeter also holds offers from Auburn, Missouri and Memphis. He’s also taken visits to Georgia, Memphis, Florida and Missouri.
