Clemson and USC are among the top five for 4 star 2016 ATH Mecole Hardman 5'11" 170lbs of Berton, GA. Hardman will visit Clemson this weekend when the two schools play. It will be his second trip to Clemson this season.
“I was up there for the homecoming game against Syracuse,” he said. “I’m looking forward to getting back up there.”
Both schools have offered but Hardman hears from one a little more than the other.
“Clemson contacts me all of the time,” Hardman said. “I hear from South Carolina every now and then. They call and wish me luck in the game…stuff like that.”
Tennessee remains his leader with Clemson, USC, Georgia and Florida rounded out his top five in no order. His last two visits were to Tennessee and Georgia.
“I went to see Tennessee play Missouri,” he said. “Even though they couldn’t pull it out, it was a great visit. I just love everything about Tennessee. I saw Georgia play Auburn. It was awesome. That’s one of the loudest environments I’ve ever been in.”
He is unsure of future visits but plans to take many. Among them will likely be USC next season.
“My latest offer is from Ole Miss so hopefully I can visit them too,” he said.
Hardman does not plan to announce until National Signing Day of 2017.
