In-state wide receiver returns to South Carolina, ready to announce decision

For the second day in a row, four-star wide receiver Shi Smith was on South Carolina’s campus for the Will Muschamp Football Camp.
The 2017 prospect from Union, S.C., worked out at the camp on Monday. On Tuesday, he was in town supporting one of his teammates from Union County High School.
After Tuesday’s camp, Smith told SEC Country that he’s planning to be back on campus again this week, before rendering a decision on Friday.
According to the 247Sports’ composite rankings, Smith is the No. 2 overall prospect in the state of South Carolina. He’s also ranked as the No. 13 athlete in the country.
Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Clemson have also offered, among others.
