Yeah, I don't think that tweet is accurate. 2021, KY beat SC (7-6) and Iowa (10-4), both had winning records. 2020 (actually Jan 2021 bowl game) KY beat NC State which had winning record (8-4). So that's at least 3 teams in past 2 years with winning records.
2021, there were a lot of 6-7 teams in SEC, and 2020 schedule was a mess with COVID. Point being this tweet seems to be inaccurate and also meaningless outside of context.
