USC opened the spring recruiting period Monday with a commitment from LB Bryson Allen-Williams of Ellenwood, GA. And the Gamecocks appear primed to strike in the Peach State again. Sources indicated Monday USC could pick up another Georgia commitment this week with 4 star WR Terry Googer 6' 3' 204 of Atlanta the likely target. Googer has visited USC a couple of times and has had the Gamecocks high up on his list. His offers also include Miami, Tennessee, Louisville, North Carolina, Wake Forest, Syracuse, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame.

Googer has no favorites

4 star WR Terry Googer 6'3" 204lbs of Atlanta has offers from USC, Boston College, Miami, Tennessee, Louisville, North Carolina, Wake Forest, Syracuse, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame. USC, Tennessee and Boston College are showing the most interest, according to Googer, but he says he does not have any leaders. "Everybody is still in it," he said. Though Googer is not ready to unveil a list of favorites, he spoke highly of USC. "I want to major in business," he said. "USC has one of the best International Business schools in the country. They're telling me I could play early, maybe even start as a freshman. They said they want a big receiver to throw the ball up to. It's also close to home." As for Tennessee, Googer feels their future is bright. "They're putting together a good recruiting class so I think they're going to be good really soon," he said. "Boston College is mostly talking to me about their academics." Googer will visit Georgia Tech Friday and will return to USC for another trip in the future. He is unsure of a decision date
