Israel fighting back

Israel is attacking Iran tonight after Iran launched a couple hundred missiles at them last month.
I feel they should bomb the nuclear facilities and end that threat. Don't understand while Biden asked them not too.

Looks like the IAF was highly successful in their attacks. Apparently they flew jets accross Syria & Iraq and bombed/shot missiles at some of the targets, while the other ones were hit with either drones/ballistic missiles.
They basically hit what they wanted and demonstrated to Iran what they could do to Iran if the conflict continued. Several of the Iranian's valuable S-300 SAM systems were destroyed, which is a major blow to their air defense confidence.
Iran does not have the long range air power that the IAF has. Of course the IAF has US made jets + A-A refueling.
Iran is back on its heels and really doesn't have a comeback that doesn't end well for them. If they escalated this into a shooting war with Israel, Iran would take a beating.

Also, the US B-2 strikes in Yemen last week demonstrated another dimension of airpower (long range stealth), that the middle east has never seen in operation before. Iran had to notice.
