Jahmar Brown on Saturday’s infamous play: Just learn from it. It’s unfortunate that it happened and it could’ve costed my team but I apologized to coach Beamer and my team. All I do can now is flush it, learn from it and move on.

My sense is that Shane and his staff are pushing our players to a level they haven't been to before and some of the mistakes attributed to egos and overconfidence are just gonna happen.

The young man did the right thing and I am sure the matter is already long behind the team as they get ready for the Vols this week.

It was a mistake, but you don't want to do anything to put out that inner competitive fire in him, either.

His timing was off on the toss, but everything else was good.
