Signees getting the coverage today as they should, but Brown is gone.

I guess it will be Zeb and Colton in the bowl game.

Was glad he was on the team this year. I don't think we would have be bowl eligible without him. I guess with Rattler coming in, his chance of making the field diminishes greatly. Wish him the best. 

I think he could still play in the bowl game (technically anyway)

I hope these young men understand there is no guarantee they will be picked up by anyone in the portal.  On scholarship?,  guess what you may now have to incur student loans if you want to finish your education.

This decision by Jason Brown doesn't make sense to me. Why enter the portal now? I understand he realizes that Rattler will be the starter next year. However, I think playing in the the bowl game, playing well and maybe even winning would surely increase his chances of being picked up to start for some team next year.  He was on top of the world after leading the Cocks to upsets over Florida and Auburn., but in his last start against Clemson he was pulled late in the game and replaced by Zeb Nolan.  Is that how he wants to leave South Carolina?  Possibly he thinks a poor performance against UNC might really hurt his chances even more for next year. Anyway, I don't know who is advising him, but I think leaving now is a huge mistake.
