The biggest thing is getting the surgery done (which it has been) and getting moving on rehab. Lattimore has stated that he's coming back through various avenues but he has a long time to make a decision.
He could do a variety of things but it's all going to depend on what he thinks is best for his future and 10 days after major surgery, I don't think he knows the exact answer. And even if he does know what he's going to do right now, he may go back and forth throughout the recovery process
