Junior OL Donnell Stanley of Latta
4 star Junior OL Donnell Stanley 6'4" 312lbs of Latta will visit Clemson this weekend and then Alabama the next. He has not been to a Clemson game this season and is looking forward to the trip. "They were the first to offer me so that means something to me," Stanley said. "I like talking to coach (Robbie) Caldwell and coach (Dabo) Swinney so hopefully I'll get to talk to them again." He will not return for the Clemson-USC showdown and, instead, will be at Alabama for their instate clash with Auburn. "I was down there this summer and they were my third offer," he said. "I had a chance to talk to coach (Nick) Saban some and he told me he wanted me to come back for a visit. I've got some time now with Thanksgiving break, coming up, so I'm going down there." Since visiting USC for the Georgia game, Stanley returned to Columbia for the Tennessee contest and has also been to NC State. Speaking on the trip to Raleigh he said, "It was alright. they lost to Virginia but it was good other than that. I got a chance to see everything I needed to and they have a good agricultural program. I like that." Stanley has no favorites and is showing interest in all of the previously mentioned schools. He plans to attend junior days at USC and Clemson next year.
