Junior 4 star LB Kevin Crosby Jr. 6'0" 220 of Bamberg Ehrhardt has scrapped his top three and his favorite and is starting over. According to his father and coach Butch Crosby, Junior now has a top five, in no order, of USC, Clemson, Alabama, Florida and North Carolina. Previously Crosby was favoring USC ahead of Alabama and Clemson. Crosby visited Alabama Saturday for a junior day and met with Nick Saban and other coaches. "They seem him as an athlete, a linebacker, H-Back, tight end," Coach Crosby said. "They haven't made a decision (on a position) but they said they really like him." Crosby Jr. will attend Clemson's junior day this Saturday and will go to Florida March 16th. He plans to visit USC for a home basketball game. Coach Crosby said a key for his son is the position a school wants him to play. "Florida coaches came down and met with the coaches and watched the tape and said where they want to use him," Coach Crosby said. "Florida jumped on the radar. Florida was like, we need you at this spot. They did a great job. They made a big push in the top five. North Carolina also came in. Notre Dame has been in. Steve Spurrier is coming in Friday. Dabo Swinney was the first coach to come in." USC and Clemson like Crosby Jr. as a tight end. Crosby Jr. has been invited to the major all star games and right now plans to play in the Under Armour Game where his father will be one of the coaches.
