Highly touted 4 star LB Roquan Smith 6'2" 205lbs Smith of Montezuma, GA today released his top 12 list and USC and Clemson both made the cut.
Smith listed his 12, in no order, as USC, Clemson, Auburn, UCLA, Georgia, Florida, Florida State, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Miami and Alabama.
Smith is coming off visit this past weekend to Tennessee.

Palmer plans to visit USC next week while home on his spring break.
