Javon Kinlaw is 100 percent...
That's what he told Phil Kornblut and others, following his official visit to South Carolina. If you've been following along, by now, you know that's not much of a surprise.
Kinlaw, a former South Carolina commitment, was also considering Southern California. Though he's not yet re-committed to the Gamecocks, look for him to make that official on Tuesday, when he announces on Twitter.
