Loss a blessing in disguise

Now that the pain and anger has worn off (sort of) from this weekend, I've come to the realization that this loss is really a gift in disguise.

1. Our guys were shown that they can't just show up and "out talent" another team.

2. Had we won, we might have walked in to the Swamp riding WAY too high and be caught off guard in a division game

3. Losing to LSU in Death Valley at night (where they are now 50-1 in their last 51 night games) is as understandable a loss that exists.

4. They lost but were not demoralized (unlike WVU)

5. Losing can be a powerful motivator if you have the right mindset and I believe our guys do.

6. This game will be a precedent and cautionary tale for this team for the rest of the year and will probably be a gold mine for film watching

I hope that I'm right about this and that this team can rebound and use that same fire against Florida that LSU used against us.
