Maurice was a pretty big Gamecock supporter at one time. To say he was politically incorrect would be an understatement, but he was entitled to his opinions. Cost him in the business world though. Sad to hear he has passed away. At the least he was quite a character! Recall his (PR) run for Governor riding that white horse all over the state many years ago....
