Rising redshirt-sophomore injures knee in summer league game.
COLUMBIA, S.C. - South Carolina men's basketball redshirt-sophomore forward Carlton Geathers has sustained a right knee cap fracture, which will require surgery, and is expected to be out of practice and game action for a minimum of six months, first-year head coach Frank Martin announced on Monday. Geathers suffered the injury in a summer pro-am league game in Columbia on Thursday, July 19. (more)
