Some say we must win four of our last five games to have a chance at the NCAAT.    Of course, I'd love to see us win this game.   My concern, as always now, is that we will get outscored on FT and lose the game that way.   I heard that USC fouls more than any SEC team.   Its been a problem all season, and one that Frank can't seem to fix.

I was thinking we needed to win all but 1 with the 1 loss being to LSU tonight, lol. Now that we've lost to Miss State, I think we really need to win out. Not the most confident tonight, but we'll see. Still hopeful....

Looking great so far!  Maik, as alway, leading the way.  Keyshawn taking it hard to the hoop with some good shot choices.

I don’t normally say this, but the refs are helping LSU an awful lot.  Will Wade buy somebody again?

Another game that USC is going to lose because of being outscored on FT.   Same story, different game.   If USC loses this game, I think it is unlikely USC will be able to make the NCAA.

44-37 LSU leads at halftime....Lawson, Bryant, and Bolden have shown up for the game offensively. Kotsar with 6 pts, but he got into foul trouble and it limited his minutes. Need to play better in 2nd half - LSU fouled more than us in 1st half, but they have somehow shot the FTs, and we not so much - we're only 3-7 from the line. Seems like deja vu all over again.....

@ConwayGamecock would you agree or disagree that LSU is getting calls that they shouldn’t be?  Even AK is saying on TV he doesn’t agree with some of the calls.

I want to see McCreary again.  Unless he’s still struggling with concussion protocol issues, he needs to be playing.  Frink is plying well, but we need three bigs at same time against LSU.

Worst game USC has played in the SEC this season.   When the team should be playing its best, it is playing its worst.   WIth so many freshmen and sophomores, this really should not be surprising.   Frank can't win without good seniors and juniors.    If the team  wins more in the SEC than they lose, its probably a good year for them.   But no NCAAT.

The difference in this game is the rebounding for 2nd chance points.  LSU out rebounding us defensively.
