While highlight videos are supposed to look good, because they are highlights, not a complete game of film, Denson is impressive. He plays for one of the more high profile programs in Ga. LaGrange HS. He never comes off the field. He has an excellent combination of size, speed, and change of direction. On defense, he reminds me of Darian Stewart.he is a head hunter. As a RB, he runs away from people and runs through tackles.
After watching his film, I would say he is more impressive than both Bradrick Shaw and Ty'Son Williams. Another thing I love about him are the comments by his coach and others regarding his work ethic and character. For that standpoint, he seems to be comparable to Marcus and BAW. A perfect fit to be a Gamecock.
Denson is a two way standout. His speed is documented as 4.44 and 4.47.his football speed is legit. Of all the backs Carolina has been involved with, I would rank him second behind Jordan Scarlett. I'm not including Frasier since he has never visited.
