USC is in the top 8 with TE Drake Dabney of Cypress, TX. “I really appreciate the interest the coaching staff has shown me. They play in a very competitive conference, and they have had great tight ends in the past. I haven’t gotten to visit yet, but I really want to visit soon.” The others on his list are SMU, Cal, Arizona, Utah, Arizona State, Vanderbilt and Iowa State.
DE Kedrick Bingley-Jones of Charlotte, a USC, target, has set August 3rd for his announcement date. NC State, North Carolina, Miami and Ohio State are also among his favorites.
CB Joel Williams of Baton Rouge and TE Jonathan Odom of Tampa, who had offers from USC, committed to Florida.
USC target OL Javion Cohen of Pell City, AL set an official visit to Florida for June 1st. He was scheduled to return to USC for an unofficial visit that weekend. He visited USC officially April 27th. He’s also been unofficially to Auburn, Alabama, LSU and Georgia Tech. He plans to visit Auburn again Monday. He’s a former Gamecock commitment.
USC target DE Desmond Evans of Sanford, NC was offered by Michigan.
USC target CB Jamorri Colson of Ocilla, GA was offered by Rutgers and Purdue.
USC offered 2021 WR Breon Pass (6-0 160) of Reidsville, NC. Duke and NC State also are among his offers.
