The USC football team held their Spring Game in Columbia Saturday, and former Kansas safety Isaiah Johnson was in attendance to get a better look at the program. Johnson has one more year of eligibility remaining, and decided to transfer for his final season.
The following day Johnson decided to choose the Gamecock program over Louisville.
Monday night Johnson joined us on the program from Lawrence to discuss his commitment with us. He told us why he couldn’t refuse what Columbia had to offer, what he will bring to the table as a player, and more.
Johnson will graduate from Kansas May 17th and he’ll be immediately eligible to join the USC football team and enroll in a graduate program.
