Offseason stadium work?

It is my understanding that they are going to tear up the asphalt around the stadium and put in walkways and trees. No more parking around the stadium.
I just hope they have a place for the future Spurrier statue. And they should make room for a Lattimore statue too when he comes back in 2014 and gets his Heisman. Rogers deserves one too.
