There were two notable parts to Mike Green’s conversation with Frank Martin on Monday. First and foremost, the Myrtle Beach guard told the South Carolina coach he was committing to the Gamecocks. Secondly, Green told Martin he was planning to forward the news to a player USC was seeking.
Green goes back a couple years with Jalyn McCreary. The two ran on the same Southern Stampede (Georgia) AAU team in 2017. The fact they both pledged to USC on the same day was a pure coincidence. (READ MORE)
