Have been watching "Talking SEC Football" for awhile now and most recently its program identifying the SEC players who have declared and are most likely to declare for this year's NFL draft. In the past when Heisman candidates (or all-SEC candidates) were showcased it seemed every highlight clip was this player against Carolina -- usually running through our defense (does the name McFadden ring a bell?).
Last night, as I caught up on my TiVo recordings, it occurred to me NOT ONCE did ANY of the highlights of the SEC offensive stars show performances against the Gamecocks. In the past we were almost always fodder for these all-stars; NO LONGER!
A small but vital improvement in my television enjoyment.
