Recruit retention.

Probably one of the biggest reasons we are in the situation we are in now is that our retention rate was piss poor...yes, most programs tell RS juniors who are buried behind younger players on the depth chart to look elsewhere, but many times we had RS sophomores run off or leave, which kills depth and development.

For Muschamp to build a sustainable program, I really hope our class retention rate improves.

Just look at the upcoming senior class...out of the 2014 class:
BAW-leader of the D.
Donnell Stanley-injury plagued, will likely start next year.
Wesley Green-gone
Shaq Davidson-gone to JSU
DJ Smith-starting FS.
Chris Lammons-starting CB
Abu Lamin-bust
KC Crosby-starting H-back.
Terry Googer-quiet first few years.
Darin Smalls-gone or injury ended career, can't remember
Blake McClain-left
Malik Young-starting OT
Al Harris-gone to JSU
Taylor Stallowrth-starting DT
Deebo Samuel-starting WR
Michael Scarnecchia-backup QB
Dante Sawyer-starting DE
Dexter Wideman-learning new position
Kalan Ritchie-never made it in
Joe Blue-left

So the 2014 class has held together pretty good. But 2013 and prior classes....just depressing to look at.

We want another successful run, I really want to see us invest in players, give them time to develop and get that revolving door of players running through positions.

Don't think we've lost any from 2015 or 2016 have we?

So that's gotta be a good thing.
