The South Carolina marching band, Cocky, Carolina Girls, and cheerleaders will be part of a pep rally that begins at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at Seawalk Pavilion (75 1st St N.) in Jacksonville Beach. A gameday pep rally will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday inside Daily’s Place Amphitheatre at TIAA Bank Field.
