USC basketball signee 6-1 Tarik Phillip of New York City remains at home while his transcript and test scores are reviewed by USC admissions. Phillip said Sunday night his case is in USC's hands now and he's waiting to hear back from the coaches. He last talked with them last week. "They are saying it (being admitted) is a strong possibility," Phillip said.
