Plenty of USC  talk from Under Armour players

December 29, 2015

Jayvaughn Myers
Monday was media day in Orlando for the Under Armour All American Game and the players were interviewed by the various recruiting websites and any other reporters that cared to attend.  The game will be Saturday at Noon in the Citrus Bowl.  USC was among the schools prominently mentioned by players who had scheduled or are in the process of scheduling official visits.

Here’s a recap gleaned from interviews with Rivals.

DB Jayvaughn Myers of Dade City, FL, a former Florida commitment,  has set an official visit to Ole Miss for January 29th.  He’s also looking at USC, North Carolina, Southern Cal and Auburn for official visits.  He and his brother, WR Nate Craig-Myers of Tampa, are considering going to the same school and both plan to announce on Signing Day.  Craig-Myers, a former Auburn commitment,  has visits set with Auburn January 15th and Ole Miss January 29th.  He’s also looking at USC, North Carolina and Maryland for visits.

WR Sam Bruce of Ft. Lauderdale remains committed to Miami.  He has taken an official visit to Ohio State and is scheduled for USC, Florida and Miami in January.

WR Cavin Ridley of Miami said he’s still considering USC, Alabama and Tennessee.  He might announce during Saturday’s game.  He as taken an official visit to USC and is a  mid-year enrollee.

LB Dontavious Jackson of Houston was offered earlier this month by USC but the Gamecocks are on the outside with him right now.  He has taken official visits to UCLA, Michigan and Florida State and is scheduled to visit Florida January 15th and Alabama January 22nd.   He also plans to take unofficial visits to Texas, Florida State and LSU prior to Signing Day.
