Poona Ford visit to USC reportedly now off

The on again, off again relationship between Hilton Head Shrine Bowl 4 star DL Poona Ford 6'1" 285lbs and USC appears to be off again. USC recruiting websites TheBigSpur and GamecockCentral are reporting Ford has canceled his official visit to USC for this weekend. Ford said on Monday after he and his grandmother met with Gamecock recruiters that he would visit this weekend, and he gave an indication that he might commit on the visit. And his coach told Ryan Bartow of 247Sports earlier this week that Ford would visit USC and Purdue this weekend and early next week and Missouri the following weekend. Ford visited Texas last weekend. Ford had been committed to Louisville but after the coaching change there he backed off of that at the Shrine Bowl and said he would visit USC. But last week his coach called Gamecock recruiter Everette Sands and told him Ford was no longer interested. That seem to change on Monday, and apparently it's changed again.
