Question here: Who here is going to watch the LSU vs Taters play?

Be honest right now I feel I will not. Just do not want to see Clemson win another. Got a few days before I decide though. How about you folks watch or not? Why and why not?

I will not watch it. Of course my primary reason for not watching it is because it is on a Monday night, and staying up late to watch two teams I care nothing about will never outweigh my desire to get a good night's sleep. To caveat on that, if the taters were to win, it would just be salt poured onto an already festering wound to have stayed up late just to watch them revel in their undeserved glory. Which sort of leads into my next reason.

While I may not care much for LSU, I have an unbridled hatred for anything produced by that mistake by the lake in the upstate. I would rather watch a marathon of Hallmark and Lifetime made-for-TV movies than to watch even one second of those imbeciles on such a prominent stage. Their very existence is foul and offensive to the senses, and every moment I can spend blissfully unaware of it is a moment well spent.

The day that they get knocked off of that high horse upon which they've been riding for entirely too long is way overdue. I just hope we all live long enough to see their eventual fall from grace and witness their return to being little more than a greasy stain on the pages of NCAA Football history.

I will watch every second of the ass beating LSU is going to administer to klempzun.

I will watch it. I want to see LSU beat them like a rented mule. It would be very satisfying if clemsux got a West Vriginia style beating (hang 7o+ on clemsux).

Two reasons why I will watch it:

1. LSU was very kind to us when the floods hit here a few years ago.

2. I want to see all hell rain down on those fake kittens of Klem's sons.

It isn't that hard to be kind when it means getting an extra home game out of the deal. When we play them next year, it will be 3 games in a row that we've traveled to Baton Rouge.

I be watching and hoping for a beat down by LSU. :animated-smileys-sport-185:

I also so will be watching, because unfortunately, it will be the last College Football Game of the year.  :very-sad-smiley-emoticon:

But like many of you I change the channel on the Local News, ESPN, CBS ABC whomever when Goldilocks and/or Datboy are on TV,  No interest in taters whatsoever, unless it is something negative

I won't be watching.  I haven't watched a single snap of a tater game for 2 years now.  I can't control my gag reflex long enough to watch those cheating holier than thou bastards.  I fully expect them to beat LSU.  Burrows will break a leg between now and the game, come down with the flu the day of the game or something will happen.  I can't count how many times it seems that their opponents QB or RB or best defensive player is out when they play the Holy Crusaders of Vatican West.

It’s college football so I’ll watch.  Unfortunately I think Clemson’s Golden Horseshoe will keep shining and luck into another BS win.

Only hope is that having to actually play two legit teams within 16 days will maybe cause Clemsux an issue.

Right now they are the Dallas Cowboys of the 70s one hell of a lucky team. My hope is the LSU can be my Steelers of the 70s and kick butt.

I plan on watching, I just hope Clemson gets a good beating. I have followed the gamecocks for over fifty years, which means I have pulled against the tigers for the same number of years, It seems like they have knack for pulling out too many games I just hope the refs don't help them win this time!

I'll watch LSU kick the Farmers azz after the stripes gifted them with a win against OSU.

Didn't know you were a Steelers Fan too, Feathered.

I’ll watch the first part. But being on a Monday night I won’t be watching the whole game. It will run late and I get up at 5:30 for work. NFL Monday night football I typically watch till halftime for the same reason.

They really need to make the game on Saturday night like almost every other college football game of the year. Either that or New Year’s Day.

I can see that. But at least they weren't arrogant about it. Or the ones I ran across weren't. They were very genuine and concerned. They didn't even have to offer as the game could have been at a neutral site.

I will not be watching the game. Just got a gut feeling the taters are going to pull it out and I don't think I can stomach Dumbo dabo if they win. Plus, it tears my tater friends up when they win and ask if I watched the game. I say " nope, I don't watch taters play", lol. So, I will be hoping for a LSU win, and it would be great to wake up Tuesday morning to see LSU as the champions.

I'll probably watch the first half and then catch the ESPN replay at 6:00 AM on Tuesday. I did that for the Sugar Bowl. I may decide to record the game so I can blitz through the commercials. Obviously, I'm pulling for LSU. I like Joe Burrow and Coach Orgeron and hope they can finish off a storybook season. I'm not sure what to expect, but I do think LSU has the best team overall. As many of you have said Clemson seems to get all the breaks even when they get outplayed.

I will watch and damn I hope LSU wins.  I don't care if it is 1 point or 28.  I just can't stand to see the taters win another natty.  And being in Colorado, it starts 2 hrs earlier for me, so around 6:15 to 6:30 I am guessing once the pre-game is done.
