Early in the 2021 transfer cycle former Oklahoma Sooners QB Spencer Rattler considered the “best upgrade in the country by a mile” among transfer quarterbacks. https://t.co/bGRnJaf8GK

I hope he's matured. Damn sure don't want any drama. Wonder how he'll handle it if Doty beats him out for the #1 spot?

They will have to compete with Cinco.

Shane will get a great final recruiting class if he wins SEC COTY or some other COTY award.

I would like to see us build and maintain leads to the point where all 3 get PT, no matter who the starter ends up.

Shane and Satt can't wait until the season is over and/or trashed next season to pull their heads out of their arses to play better on offense.

I hope that Satt will work Joyner into the offense for more than just a play or two.  Do it in the early season and build on it.  If they can't build off of what Joyner did in the bowl game, then we're screwed again next season because that is how teams win in the SEC and elsewhere the last 10 years.

I too, hope we get to see more of Joyner at QB next year. I think Rattler will probably win the #1 spot. Who knows who'll be #2. It is good to have all these options. We really haven't had a stable QB room since Shaw and Thompson were #1 and #2.  I've always thought it was strange that Spurrier never had a Heisman calibre quarterback during his years as our coach. Both Shaw and Garcia were great, but never that highly touted nationally.

Rattler will be the #1 QB without a doubt , it wont even be close.  Watch some of his films, he does stuff that few if any QBs have done at SC.

Yep - He's got big time CFB game experience. He was a Heisman favorite heading into this season. Obviously things didn't work out. But the talent is there. With the right coaching and molding, he can do great things.
