RB commitment Deshaun Fenwick has monster night in half the time

A week after rushing for just 15 yards on 5 carries, future South Carolina running back Deshaun Fenwick had a monster night.
The 3-star running back rushed for 220 yards and 2 touchdowns on 18 carries in the first half of Braden River High School’s 52-14 win against North Port.
Four-star quarterback Dakereon Joyner threw touchdown passes of 12 and 27 yards to his buddy, 2018 wide receiver Justin Williams. Joyner also rushed for a 2-yard touchdown as Fort Dorchester High School improved to 10-0 with a 34-13 win over Summerville.
Four-star Marlon Character Jr. had 2 tackles and 2 pass breakups in Northwest Mississippi Community College’s 32-0 rout of Northeast. The 4-star safety profiles as a cornerback at South Carolina.
After missing some time with a back injury, 3-star safety R.J. Roderick returned to action on Friday night for Cane Bay High School’s region title showdown with Berkeley. Roderick started the game at defensive back and came up with a big fourth quarter interception.
Three-star wide receiver Tyquan Johnson caught 2 passes for 57 yards and a touchdown for Screven County High School in a 35-0 win against Glenn Hills. He entered play on Friday with 23 catches for 397 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Three-star wide receiver Ronnie Jamison suffered a sprained ankle a week ago, so he sat out of Highland (Kan.) Community College’s game against Fort Scott on Saturday.
“I just don’t want to risk anything,” Jamison said.
