RB Michel Dukes of First Baptist recently announced he will concentrate on football in college and not pursue basketball as well. As a result, he’s ended his AAU basketball participation for the summer. His latest offer was from Temple, his 13th, and he said Auburn and Duke are new schools showing interest. Dukes plans to take an unofficial visit to USC this month and also one to Clemson. He also plans to camp at Clemson. He said USC running backs coach Bobby Bentley and Clemson’s Tony Elliott remain in regular contact. He said he does not have a top group and won’t form one until after he takes some visits. Some other offers are Wake Forest, Indiana, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Arkansas, East Carolina, Coastal Carolina and Oregon.
