Recruiting June 18th: Rogers-Anderson excels at Ridge View camp; Farrell trims list to 9; McWilliams camping at USC Saturday with commitment possible
DB Latheron Rogers-Anderson of Ridge View was one of the prospects competing at the satellite camp at his school Friday and he feels he performed well in front of the coaches including USC’s Travaris Robinson.  “I did great.  The coaches told me they loved seeing me.  TRob told me he loves my work ethic and how I compete.  He wasn’t expecting for me to be able to guard on the outside because I’m a safety but he said I passed every test and looked great, so hopefully the offer will come.   I might have offers coming later this weekend from the schools who watched me today.”  Some of his current offers are Citadel, Old Dominion, Charleston Southern, Colorado State, Cincinnati and Appalachian State.  Wake Forest and Georgia Tech reached out to him on Friday.

DL Neil Farrell of Mobile, AL released his top nine list Friday night…USC, Alabama, Auburn, Southern Cal, Michigan, LSU, Florida, Minnesota and Georgia Tech.

LB Cain McWilliams of Lewisburg, TN was offered by Mercer Friday. Has a USC offer and will camp there Saturday. He has said a commitment is possible.

DE Matthew Butler of Garner, NC made his planned visit to USC Friday.

2018 DE Xavier Thomas of Wilson was at USC’s camp Friday.  He was at Clemson earlier in the week.

Nationally recruited women’s basketball prospect 6-5 Sidney Cooks of Kenosha, WI revealed her top list as USC, Michigan, Michigan State, UCLA, Tennessee, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Penn State, Purdue and Pittsburgh.
