ESPN college football writer Edward Aschoff passed away today. On his birthday. Grew up around Ole Miss and went to Florida. Good writer.

Having personally battled more nasty upper respiratory illnesses than what I feel is normal the past several  years, I think there needs to more awareness on things like this.

I mean, has there been a dramatic rise in bacterial infections that lead to pneumonia the past several years?
