We've seen quite a few changes in the world of recruiting lately. ESPN's recruiting services released (and updated) its 2013 team rankings.

The nation's No. 1 recruit shocked a few SEC fan bases by committing to Clemson.

We've also seen the ESPN 300 released.

Not to mention, teams have struck recruiting gold since we last visited the recruiting scorecard.

As of Monday, Florida is sitting in second when it comes to class rankings. The Gators are behind Michigan for the No. 1 class, with 17 commitments, including seven ESPN 150 members and 11 ESPN 300 members. The headliners in Will Muschamp's second real class are running back Kelvin Taylor (No. 1 RB/No. 21 prospect) and defensive tackle Caleb Brantley (No. 4 DT/No. 31 prospect).

Alabama is right behind Florida when it comes to class rankings. The Crimson Tide's class ranks third nationally, with 18 verbals, including seven ESPN 150 members and 14 ESPN 300 members. No. 1 ILB Reuben Foster and No. 2 TE-H O.J. Howard are Alabama's top-ranked pledges.

Ten SEC schools are currently ranked in ESPN's top 25 class rankings, including Texas A&M, which ranks fifth and has really done very well for itself on the recruiting trail, as it prepares for its move to the SEC.

Here's a look at our SEC recruiting scorecard:

ALABAMA

2013 verbal commitments: 18

Spotlight: Inside linebacker Reuben Foster of Auburn, Ala., is the nation's No. 2 overall prospect and the top-rated linebacker in the country. He's fast, big and strong and has the ability to play each of the linebacker positions and should have the opportunity to play early in his college career.

ESPN 150 members: 7 (Foster; TE-H of O.J. Howard of Prattville, Ala.; RB Altee Tenpenny of North Little Rock, Ark.; QB-PP Cooper Bateman of Salt Lake City, Utah; RB Tyren Jones of Marietta, Ga.; DE Jonathan Allen of Ashburn, Va.; CB Maurice Smith of Sugar Land, Texas)

ARKANSAS

2013 verbal commitments: 8

Spotlight: Outside linebacker Brooks Ellis of Fayetteville, Ark., was one of three local prospects to commit to the Razorbacks late last month. He has the speed to play sideline to sideline and can play both the run and pass. He'll be a welcomed addition to Arkansas' defense.

ESPN 150 members: None

AUBURN

2013 verbal commitments: 13

Spotlight: Defensive tackle Dee Liner of Muscle Shoals, Ala., is the top defensive tackle prospect in the 2013 class. While he's still working both inside and out, he'll likely stay at defensive tackle for the long haul, once he puts on a little more weight. One thing that makes him so impressive is his explosion off the ball.

ESPN 150 members: 4 (DE Carl Lawson of Alpharetta, Ga.; Shoals; DE Tashawn Bower of Somerville, N.J.; ILB Trey Johnson of Lawrenceville, Ga.)

FLORIDA

2013 verbal commitments: 16

Spotlight: Defensive tackle Caleb Brantley of Crescent City, Fla., is that big-bodied interior lineman that the Gators want to stock up on. He's the No. 4 defensive tackle nationally, and registered 99 tackles, including 33 tackles for loss, five sacks, and four forced fumbles as a junior.

ESPN 150 members: 7 (Brantley; RB Kelvin Taylor of Belle Glade, Fla.; OLB Daniel McMillian of Jacksonville, Fla.; WR Ahmad Fulwood of Jacksonville, Fla.; S Nick Washington of Jacksonville, Fla.; S Keanu Neal of Bushnell, Fla.; OLB Quinton Powell of Daytona Beach, Fla.)

GEORGIA

2013 verbal commiments: 19

Spotlight: Cornerback Shaq Wiggins of Tyrone, Ga., is one of the top corner prospects out there, despite his smaller frame. Though he lacks in the size department, Wiggins plays like a bigger, more physical defensive back. He has solid cover skills, recording nine interceptions as a junior.

ESPN 150 members: 4 (ATH Tramel Terry of Goose Creek, S.C.; CB Shaq Wiggins of Tyrone, Ga.; QB-PP Brice Ramsey of Kingsland, Ga.; S Tray Matthews of Newnan, Ga.)

KENTUCKY

2013 verbal commitments: 4

Spotlight: Defensive end Alvonte Bell of Miramar, Fla., is a bit on the raw side, but appears to have some pretty good speed and potential and should excel with coaching. As a junior, he recorded 40 tackles, including seven for loss and 11 sacks.

ESPN 150 members: None

LSU

2013 verbal commitments: 16

Spotlight: Offensive tackle Ethan Pocic of Lemont, Ill., has good height, length and strength, but will likely have to pack on some pounds to play tackle at the next level. He's rated as the nation's No. 4 offensive tackle. Pocic is also a pretty versatile lineman, who is a pretty solid run blocker as well.

ESPN 150 members: 2 (Pocic; OG Tevin Lawson of Deham Springs, La.)

MISSISSIPPI STATE

2013 verbal commitments: 10

Spotlight: Quarterback Cord Sandberg of Bradenton, Fla., is the kind of dual-threat quarterback that Dan Mullen wants running his offense, but it might be more appropriate to call him a pocket passer who lives a double life as a scrambler. As a junior, he passed for 2,187 yards and 19 touchdowns, while rushing for 813 yards and 10 more scores.

ESPN 150 members: None

MISSOURI

2013 verbal commitments: 13

Spotlight: Athlete Chase Abbington of St. Peters, Mo., is a dynamic athlete who has the ability to play multiple positions on the field. He's probably at this best when he's playing running back, but he has the size to play receiver and maybe even tight end. He can also play defense, where he lines up as an outside linebacker, so he'll have his choices when he gets to college.

ESPN 150 members: None

OLE MISS

2013 verbal commitments: 12

Spotlight: Quarterback Ryan Buchanan of Jackson, Miss., might be listed as a pocket passer, but he can certainly beat teams with his feet as well. He has experience running multiple offensive schemes and has very good awareness when he's in the pocket. He tends to scramble only when he has to, making sure he leads with his arm.

ESPN 150 members: None

SOUTH CAROLINA

2013 verbal commitments: 17

Spotlight: Outside linebacker Matt Rolin of Ashburn, Va., is an extremely explosive and powerful player on the outside. He can rush the pass, stop the run and drop back into coverage when needed. He'll hit someone in the mouth and can also wrap guys up with top form in order to prevent yards after contact.

ESPN 150 members: 1 (Rolin)

TENNESSEE

2013 verbal commitments: 12

Spotlight: Quarterback Riley Ferguson of Matthews, N.C., is a very confident player, but has the game to back it up. He has a big arm and show pretty good mobility in the pocket. He also has the confidence to make the tough throws when needed. As a junior, he passed for 3,345 yards and 48 touchdowns without throwing an interception.

ESPN 150 members: None

TEXAS A&M

2013 verbal commitments: 21

Spotlight: Derrick Griffin of Rosenberg, Texas, is the top tight end prospect in the country. He'll make a very athletic H-back at the next level and will likely be a headache for opposing defenders. He's too fast for linebackers to consistently cover and too big for most defensive backs to handle.

ESPN 150 members: 5 (Griffin; ATH LaQuvionte Gonzalez of Cedar Hill, Texas; QB Kohl Stewart of Houston, Texas; OG Joas Aguilar of N. Richland Hills, Texas; WR Jamar Gibson of Baytown, Texas)

VANDERBILT

2013 verbal commitments: 13

Spotlight: Quarterback Chad Kanoff of North Hollywood, Calif., is the second quarterback the Commodores have taken in their 2013 class. He has a big arm and while he'd like to stand in the pocket to make plays, he has the elusiveness to be a solid dual-threat quarterback. He's strictly a shotgun passer, but he should be fine in Vandy's offense. As a junior, he passed for 2,646 yards and 28 touchdowns.

ESPN 150 members: None
