Do teams still have to meet the 85 scholarship limit? Like, how can teams have a whole incoming class and still stay at or under 85 if their seniors all stay for another year?

I wonder if this pandemic will help with getting transfers here. We will probably have more slots open than our opponents. I bet those guys will be filling up with the incoming freshman classes and through seniors opting in for a fifth or sixth season. So, many teams may not have the ability to accept transfers due to numbers. It will make our team look good if we can get some big name OC or DC that transfers may want to play for...and since everyone gets a free pass, I wonder if we'll get lots of transfers from the teams our new coaches are leaving.

There are probably plenty of guys who were sad to see Muschamp go, but also plenty of guys who got tired of losing and want to win if the new HC can get it done.
