Okay, it's offseason, so minutia comes to the surface.
It drove me nuts all season watching Connor get distracted on nearly every play from the spread as he had to reach high, then low, then to the side, then to the other side on successive plays because the snap trajectory was all over the freaking map. It reminded me of a guy trying to shoot skeet.
With HBC being such a perfectionist, wouldn't this get immediate attention? Did it?
What am I missing here? (And yes, I did see progress toward the end of the season, but only then).
We need consistent snaps so that the QB isn't focused on getting a grip on the darn ball but instead is focused on the mechanics of the actual play.
