-Pinckney clocked a 4.92 and a 4.94-second 40-yard dash last week.
-The 6-foot-3, 290-pounder said he prefers to stay in-state or close to home for college and listed "high" interest in Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida and Florida State.
-He will visit Georgia and Georgia Tech this weekend.
-He will be at Clemson's spring game on April 11.
-He hopes to visit Miami (Fla.), Florida State, Florida and Alabama this summer, do official visits in the fall and a winter public decision as a potential early enrollee.
-A contact at his school said he would "be surprised" if Pinckney did not go to Clemson.
