South Carolina defeated Furman 7-0 on Wednesday night and split a pair of games at Georgia this past weekend. The Gamecocks are now 38-13 and 17-9 in the SEC. South Carolina is currently a half game behind Kentucky for first place in the Southeastern Conference with three league games remaining.
