We have always had players and coaches that practice well, but can't get it done on game day.

All successful HCs seem to step in and try to correct issues during the game rather than "take a look at the film later."

Shane will be successful if he gets involved during the games if the assistants can't find a handle on the problems.

Otherwise, we will be just as bad next year as we were this one.
