South Carolina Gamecocks baseball on TV in 2022
South Carolina baseball released its television and streaming schedule for the 2022 season Wednesday. The Gamecocks will play at least nine games on ESPN networks from March-May. Seven of the matchups will be on SEC Network. South Carolina’s first TV appearance will be its series closer with Clemson at 3 p.m. March 6 on ACC Network. The Gamecocks’ series opener with Vanderbilt will be on ESPN2 on March 24 at 8 p.m.
Two of South Carolina’s games against Alabama and one game against Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina A&T and Kentucky will be broadcast by SEC Network. Every South Carolina baseball game held at Founders Park as well as every Gamecocks SEC game that isn’t televised will be available for streaming through SEC Network Plus. The Gamecocks’ first seven home games will be streamed with a one-camera setup on SEC Network Plus.

Last year, South Carolina went 34-23 overall and 16-14 in SEC play. Head coach Mark Kingston, in his fifth season with the Gamecocks, hired three new assistant coaches for the 2022 season, including pitching coach Justin Parker, recruiting coordinator Chad Caillet and former Gamecock Scott Wingo.
