South Carolina loses commitment from junior college DT Dantrell Barkley

The South Carolina Gamecocks and head coach Will Muschamp lost a commitment from their 2018 recruiting class on Friday afternoon.
Junior college defensive lineman Dantrell Barkley decommitted from the Gamecocks with a Tweet on Friday.
Fewer than 15 minutes after posting his recommitment Tweet, Barkley followed up with this one.
That hashtag likely is a reference to Kentucky’s Big Blue Nation.
Just last week all seemed well for barkley and South Carolina as he Tweeted this:
Barkley, a 6-foot-3, 285 pound defensive tackle currently playing at Independence Community College in Kansas, would have been a nice asset for Muschamp, given his experience playing above the high school level.
