With recruiting outside of state lines. This state is down. Even the state of Tennessee, a state notoriously thin for top talent, has 14-4 star players in state. This state has 6. Rivals only ranked 15 in SC compared to 30 in Tenn. Only the states of Ken and Ark have less in the region. In years past we would almost be forced to go with what was here, minus the 2 or 3 poached by OOS schools and clempsins cut. But what has been done OOS this year shows that this school can now remain a top program even if the numbers of elite talent in this state are low.
