Spurrier and uniforms

Why is Spurrier so dead set against having cool uniforms? Plain Jane and shut your mouth. I think he doesn't want to distract the team from the objection? Not mad, I just find it odd. The only complaint I have with our great coach is his lack of taste in fashion.

It's not his taste that I question...it's these chrome helmets, day-glo jerseys, and striped socks that they seem to love on the left coast that make the athletes look like circus clowns that I question. Spurrier is an old school southern coach that prefers the traditional, purist gridiron look, and so do most fans that respect their school and their historic colors. All you fashionistas need to jump on the Oregon or Maryland bandwagon if you like this gaudy "new look"...JMHO
