He signed with us today. I've watched several of his high school games on video from last season. He is a strong kid who can play with his back to the basket or facing. He is a good shot blocker. I think he will be outstanding under Frank.

That's EXACTLY what CFM is counting on! We're getting another Alanzo Frink from what I can tell. I've been excited about the potential with Alonzo since he arrived (and REALLY excited about what he can do this year), so I'm SUPER stoked about picking up Taquan. If we can get the motor and the physical force out of him that we've gotten out of Alanzo, it will be really great to have someone who can spell Alanzo during each contest.
This was a good move, and great use of the open scholarship by the OTHER Coach Martin (Chuck), who I believe has been Taquan's primary recruiter!
