Tar Heels Favored in Mayo Bowl

I would feel better about this game if we had beaten Mizzou and/or Clemson.
In my eyes, the Clemson game was our bowl game for many reasons and the Taters shut us out.
Our defense is okay, but we are in disarray on the offensive side. We don't even know if our OC will be around after the bowl game. Gamecock football has become such a succubus for me that I don't really care that much about the bowl game, although we definitely need it from a recruiting standpoint and it's a great accomplishment for Shane in his first year.
However, there is still a ton of stuff Shane needs to fix.
I just really don't see our offensive fortunes improving that much past what we got for the Clemson game.
UNC 30-0 if not too many of our key defensive players opt out; UNC 40-0 or worse if too many defensive players opt out.

I like that SC is the underdog. I hope it puts a little fire in them and we get to see the team that beat auburn.

Well we played pretty well against FL after a week off...so maybe we will play a LOT better after 4 weeks off.
